How can I get my employee discount?

I’m AT&T employee since June. I upgraded my plan along with requesting the discount we are entitled to (50% off wireless plan) and since then I’ve been billed full price every month (so my bill has increased) AND the payment is being taken automatically. Ive called at least 8 times since June

Many of us get paid once every two weeksNot on the first,Not on the first and the fifteenthI get paid Every second thursday at 6pm eastern time.
